Education
Candidates will be required to provide proof of the completion of their education.Masters degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline such as Political Science, Law, Journalism/ Communications, International Relations, Economics, Public Administration OR an acceptable combination* of education, training and work experience in the field relevant to the position.

Language:
Advanced fluency in English (oral and written)
Advanced fluency in Bangla (oral and written)
Experience:
Significant* recent** experience in network development, relationship management, partnership building and engagement with non-governmental organizations, governmental actors, public institutions, private sector entities and/or multilateral institutions.
Significant* recent** experience working in areas related to human rights, gender equality and women’s empowerment, peace and security, or good governance.
Experience performing research and analysis and drafting reports, briefs or strategic communication materials (speeches, briefs, key messages).
Experience in project management, event planning or logistics coordination.
* Significant means a minimum of 4 years.
** Recent refers to experience acquired in the past 7 years.
